Project Monitoring and Management
AMJ delivers a comprehensive level of service that encompasses a dedicated team of project management professionals, experienced construction superintendents, skilled carpenters, and diligent laborers. We assign a full-time Superintendent to oversee your job site, diligently monitoring daily activities, workmanship, and the performance of RDB’s own forces, laborers, and subcontractors. Our commitment to continuous client communication allows us to track and report every step of the delivery process, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Regular Site Meetings
In order to foster effective collaboration and maintain project momentum, we conduct regular meetings both internally and with the project team. These meetings serve as a platform to communicate comprehensive project progress updates, scheduled milestones, critical paths, owner-requested changes, and site constructability. This proactive approach guarantees smooth and efficient operations on the construction site.
